At Hearn Landscape, we offer professional design services for residential and commercial properties throughout Moreland and the surrounding Coweta County area. Whether you’re starting with a blank canvas or revitalizing a historic landscape, our team creates custom outdoor spaces that blend rural charm with modern functionality to perfectly fit your lifestyle. We design with purpose, selecting hardy plantings and durable hardscapes specifically suited for the Moreland climate to ensure your property gains lasting value and curb appeal.
Moreland is cherished for its rural charm and historic character, where sprawling properties and a slower pace of life define the landscape. Maintaining a beautiful outdoor space here is about honoring that heritage, creating a seamless connection between your home’s architecture and the natural beauty of the Coweta County countryside. Our design process goes beyond basic lawn care; we evaluate your land’s natural contours and your personal lifestyle to create functional, cohesive layouts. Whether you are looking to build a serene farmstead retreat or an expansive space for outdoor entertaining, we design landscapes that reflect the unique spirit and open-air freedom of the Moreland community.
At Hearn Landscape, we bring a commitment to craftsmanship and a deep respect for Moreland’s rural character and open acreage to every design project. We move beyond one-size-fits-all formulas to focus on your specific goals, assessing how your property’s unique layout can best support your lifestyle and outdoor entertaining. By accounting for local factors like Coweta County’s soil conditions and natural sun patterns, we create sustainable, high-performing landscapes—from tiered gardens to full backyard transformations—that feel like a natural extension of your home.
In Moreland, the combination of heavy seasonal rains and rolling rural terrain makes smart drainage planning essential for protecting your property. Without it, torrential downpours can quickly wash away topsoil, flood outbuildings, and drown the landscapes that define Coweta County’s charm. We integrate French drains, swales, and precision regrading into our designs to safely redirect runoff, preventing the erosion and soil saturation that often plague our local slopes and wooded lots. By addressing water flow from the start, we ensure your landscape remains resilient, low-maintenance, and built to last against the Georgia elements.
In Moreland, we understand that every property has its own distinct soul, from the sprawling, historic farmsteads along Highway 29 to the quiet, wooded lots tucked away on the outskirts of town. Our designs are never one-size-fits-all; we tailor every layout and plant selection to complement your home’s architecture and the rural, rolling terrain of Coweta County. Whether you are aiming for a classic country aesthetic or a more modern residential look, our team is experienced in creating high-quality landscapes that honor the local character while maximizing your property’s long-term value. By prioritizing native, drought-tolerant plants and efficient irrigation, we ensure your outdoor space remains lush and sustainable through every Georgia season.
Landscape design involves planning and visualizing the entire layout of your outdoor space before any work begins. Landscaping is the actual installation or maintenance of those features.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, the design process usually takes between one and three weeks, followed by installation scheduling.
